Floor Maintenance

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I stay in my house while the floors are being sanded?

A: In many circumstances you can, however, depending on the products being used, it is generally safer to stay out until the final coating is dry.

If you have no option but to stay, we can generally accommodate those requirements if you let us know.

Q: How long does the process take?

A: This depends on the size and difficulty of the job but more so the type of finish.

Some finished can be walked on the day after the final coat while others require 7 days.

We will advise you of the expected time frame at the quote.
